Muscle Gain Training Programs

The "Muscle Gain" Training Programs are 6 months of training programs that consists of 4 training programs per week. It consists of 4 different training phases: Stabilization, Strength Endurance, Hypertrophy, & Max Strength. This program is ideal for anyone looking to: increase their muscle size, definition, & strength output.
The outline of this program will look like:
1) Month 1 = Stabilization (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
2) Month 2= Strength Endurance (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
3) Month 3 = Hypertrophy (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
4) Month 4= Max Strength (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
5) Month 5 = Hypertrophy #2 (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
6) Month 6= Max Strength #2 (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
