General Performance Training Programs

The "General Performance" Training Programs are 6 months of training programs that consists of 4 training programs per week. It consists of 3 different training phases: Stabilization, Strength Endurance, & Power. This program is ideal for anyone looking to: improve functional performance around the house/yard/life, and improve one's overall strength & power output.
The outline of this program will look like:
1) Month 1 = Stabilization (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
2) Month 2= Strength Endurance (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
3) Month 3 = Power #2 (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
4) Month 4= Stabilization #2 (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
5) Month 5= Strength endurance #2 (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
6) Month 6 = Power #2 (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
